1 CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS (ENSŌ LONDON)

1.1 Cancellations or changes to a reservation by you
1.1.1 You may change your reservation for a pre-booked session. We require 24 hours notice on changes made.

1.1.2 If you wish to cancel your reservation, please note that we do not provide refunds on half-day passes or membership sessions cancelled or missed.

1.1.3 Note that hours cannot be carried over from membership session to membership session or pass to pass.

1.2 Cancellations to your reservation by us
1.2.1 On rare occasions, it may be necessary for us to make changes to your reservation. We reserve the right to amend or cancel your booking with us. In these exceptional circumstances, you will be provided with a full refund for the session missed or the opportunity to rebook.

1.2.2 We will not be liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs) arising as a consequence of any modification or cancellation of reservations or timetabling constraints as set out above, beyond the cost of the membership session fee or half-day pass fee.

2 NON-ATTENDANCE (ENSŌ LONDON)

2.1 If you are unable to attend a reserved session or class due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund.
